Antique Dinosaur? or…

I recently purchased an item described as an ancient dragon pendant from the Hong Shan culture in China.

The seller thought it probable that it is a reproduction from that culture but, he is certain that the item I purchased is a very old antique. Even if it is a repro. it was fashioned from an original from that time frame.

I know nothing about dating such things. I’ve attached a photo of the item. I think it resembles a parasaurolophus. What is your opinion of this item?
